I have an RSD clarity cover and it uses a different gasket.
So the dealer called me and said my hydraulic clutch master cylinder was shot.

If you`re careful I see no reason to change that gasket.

Well the one time I tried to reuse the gasket it leaked. So from the guy who asked it 35 ounce of oil is enough, I play it safe with my gaskets....

Smart man, why take the chance. For me if $hit can go wrong it certainly will. I take no chances either.

I wrench for a living, I see no value in " Oh, it will be ok" Always use a new seal.

Just a tip from one "wrench" to another:
If the gasket surface of your inner and outer primaries are clean and dry you can put a very light coat of clear RTV on both sides of the gasket and re-use it several times - those things are $30 each.
The derby cover gasket can be used over as well.

Do you think it's worth it to open it back up and add the rest?
Follow the check procedure in the owners manual, if it's low, add more!
