Russell Seat Arrived/Installed - Pics

Russell folks were able to move me back an inch and my wife back another inch. The can do some amazing things with a stock seat pan. I've put a total of about 25,000 on my RDL, including a Saddle Sore 1000 and Bun Burner 1500. Good Seat!

Russell Day Long
Charlie, congratulations on your Russell, the most comfortable motorcycle seat available.
Aside from some loss of leather dye on the leading edge of the side wings, mine looks brand new after 40K miles, and still as comfortable.
Here's a tip for anyone looking to purchase one of these beauties: If the thought of sending your existing seat to Russell for the rebuild doesn't sit too well...find an inexpensive replacement seat on e-bay, Craigslist, salvage yard, etc. and ship that to Russell...you won't be without your bike during the seat rebuild.
2009 CopGlide, approximately 40K on my Russell Day Long....leather seat, vinyl sides, spring torsion bar
