Default I want to darken my seat color.

Any leather experts out there ? I have a Corbin gunfighter that I really like. As you can see from the pic, it is a light tan color. I want to darken it some without having to recover it. I've heard you need to be careful what you put on leather as it can mess things up, clog the pores etc. I got the seat slightly used for a great price and like the color just wanting it to be a few shades darker if possible. Not sure if the entire seat is leather or the sides are vinyl as Corbin tends to do. Any knowledgeable recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks..

I'd call Corbin directly. My experience is these folks are pretty helpful.

almost any auto upholstery place should be able to color it for you.

Just keep your seat covered with your butt, and nobody will notice the color.

Well if you really must.. Try a darker leather polish. Like my boots i wear i bought brown but use a black shoe polish on them and there more like a smoky blackish brown now.. Much darker! I would think it would work the same!

Don't laugh but Skidmore's Leather Cream will darken leather slightly. I have used it on many horse saddles that are significantly more costly than a motorcycles saddle so if it was harmful I wouldn't have used it the 2nd time, LOL.

I agree, btw. I think it would look much better in a dark, saddle-tan color.
