So many times ya hear about people having problems or issues with a item they purchased for there bike these days. Trying to get someone to act like they care is like finding a four leaf clover when dealing with many companies. Quality products are getting harder and harder to find it seems.
I purchased a set of Rinehart 4" slip on mufflers some time ago off Ebay from Eastern Performance. I loved the way they sound from day one & as time & many miles have gone by they just seem to sound better and better. After some time had past I started noticing the powder coating on one of the tips was coming off. I called Rinehart with intention of purchasing replacment tips. After speaking to Johnny and then Tony to my surprise they sent me replacement tips at no charge! They said the powder coat should not have let go that way! I couldn't be happier with Rinehart Racing products and there customer service! I will never have any reserves purchasing a Rinehart product and will be a life long customer. Thank you Tony & Johnny!

I got the 4's and their NEW slim-line duals which just came out a couple months ago.
Picked up some seat of the pants HP/TQ with them too.

I did not re-dyno either, running the same tune and it runs G R E A T!

Previously had their 3.5's and an 09 stock non-cat HD head-pipe.

Really like the new set up!
