Cycle Gear sells decent indoor dust covers for $39.99... I just checked and they're on sale right now for $19.99, they also come with a neat little storage bag.
They also have heavier duty covers for a higher price of course, and they sell different brands that range in price up to mid $100's.
We have heavier duty covers and they worked well when we needed to have our bikes outdoors, but for indoors I don't see why this one wouldn't work.

old sheets
no need to blow your hard earned money ( well, mine is) on a cover.
for out door/ touring use, a cover with a honda or suzuki logo is better than HD, nobody will screw with your bike.
make sure it is breathable- you don;t want condensation building up and being held in place by a cover.
heat resistant panels for the pipes
