Does any of the aftermarket tour pack people offer color matching or has anybody bought black tour pack and had someone match paint locally?

For the right price I am sure an after market company would, however you would be into it for around the same price new. As you said your best bet would be to find a smoking deal on one and have it painted locally. I am guessing your question is leaning toward which option would be more economical.
