efi tuner and warranty?

Being that you are in Canada- you have to deal with the CDN licensee Deeley.
Good luck.
You can only again offer the Dealer the opportunity the stand behind their work and products.
The good will of taking care of this will be of value to the Dealer in the end.
And if they can't/won't then you know that you should move on and find an indy to take care of your parts and repairs

Then they know how smart he is!
( It'll cost you 2 x Hayabusa to make your Harley fast, which still won't turn or brake...but it will break)
There is nothing better than multiple bikes.
My sport bike of choice is more like a Ducati, but a great bike is a great bike regardless of brand.
None of us was born on a Harley and the generation of riders who started on Harleys is quickly fading away.
Most riders today started on an import and many is us still have multi marques.

True, but I'd rather PUSH my Harley!
the generation of riders who started on Harleys is quickly fading
Also true; including those who had good taste in music, clothing, styles, etc. THAT generation is fading, also.

it's a long winded poorly applied argument that the manufacturer should warranty items which the owner has decided they would rather control the operation of.
it's like internet quoting the Magnuson-Moss Act.
mis-applied.

or if the dealer changes their policy- which is a verbal promise...see if they'll put that in writing before selling the parts.

altering the efi computer system and/or the rev limit beyond design limits puts the responsibility on the shoulders of the owner.
kinda like you pump your tires up to 100 pounds...don;t blame Dunlop if they don;t last
