Default Road King to Road Glide

Hello all, I am new to the forum. I own an 06 Road King that I would like to put a Road Glide fairing on, simply for appearance and stereo. My question is, is this easily done with the inner and outer fairings, mounting and support brackets and headlight assembly etc. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

i would say that would be pretty straight forward install as far as mounting it goes. the wiring and all that might be a pain.

Many have done it and many are doing it. Search dude there are 100s of these threads on here. Even a few probaly only a page or two back. These pop up every other day it seems like. Good luck with your project.

Dirty Bird Customs makes a kit for their aftermarket stuff but it's pricey.

I did it to my '05 Classic. I didn't use a RG instrument pod though. I made any harnesses I needed. I bought the fairings and brackets on line from discounted dealers with free shipping. It's all bolt on, all the holes are there, just plugged. Good luck!
