Does anyone have any pictures of black SG or RG with a dark brown seat? I'm ready to replace mine with something that sits me down and back, and think that a dark brown would set the bike apart a little.

Also any suggestions for seats that move you back would be appreciated. I did wild 1 14" apes and they are about 2 inches to close to me (rotated as far forward as possible).

 

Tan leather on Vivid black is dead sexy....

Tried to get the OL to do tan ostrich on her Morocco Gold SGS, she wouldn't have it.

Lots of black, lots of chrome... and brown seat. If there's nothing else brown on the bike for it to complement then I wouldn't do it. JMO

Do it. It's YOUR bike. Not OUR bike. Individuality, and not giving one rip what other's think, is a hallmark of an Old School Biker. Not a Real Biker, so much. So get 'er done. No photos needed, if you can't see what it will look like in your mind's eye, what's the use?

 

Saw a nice Vivid Black Dyna yesterday that had a brown leather, flame stitched (C&C?) seat on it. I thought it looked great. Plenty of cool black cars out there with brown/tan interiors so it does work. True, it was a chick (and a hot one at that!), but I honestly wanted to ask if it was her bike or her boyfriend's (didn't want to get slapped tho). I never would have pegged it as a chick bike.

Dare to be different. My guess is you'll get more positive comments than otherwise.

 

Have a C&C fastback in brown gator.

Just about every time I stop, someone compliments the look of seat. Especially the hotties!

Also have a distressed leather seat that really looks good. Only use it for short rides. Don't want it to get wet (real leather)
