Default Turbo street glide clutch slipping in high gears

So I am going through some steps to figure out my problem on my new bike so I figured I would throw this out there to get some opinions. In high gears 5th or 6th when I hammer down to pass someone the transmission seems to be slipping and the gear selector will show the lower gear. I was in 6th about h 3k rpm and gave it some gas the rpms went up but the bike slowly accelerated. Seems like when the boost/ torque increased it caused this to happen. I was told to install a heavier clutch spring and do an adjustment on the clutch. I have seen some threads about oil any thoughts on it I am running amsoil synthetic currently. Let me know what you think and ill fill in the blanks till its fixed.

You mean you've installed a turbo kit and not beefed up the clutch? It doesn't sound as if you've had your bike dynoed, or you will have already identified the problem. The simple solution is indeed a beefed up clutch spring, alternatively one of the variable pressure devices, which increases clutch pressure with increased engine revs.

I bet it slips in all gears. Man you need a beefier clutch a turbo adds what 40% more power at minimum ??

AIM Variable Pressure Clutch will do the trick. Not too much $$. Easy to install.

Depending on how long it's been happening check the clutch plates to see if they have been glazed or burnt from the slipping. Might need to replace the clutch plates as we'll as the springs if damage has been done.

I predict a "crank spun" thread not long from now.

Bike has been dynoed by trask performance they did not install the turbo but they had told me that they put in a 100 lb spring instead of the stock 80 bike ran great and no problems until approx. 3000 miles the guys at trask told me there should be no problems with the crank with the 103 hopefully its good to go but if not bring on the upgrades need the bike to put out for my riding style. Taking it apart tonight with a local mechanic will post results thanks for the replys

They're called sentences and paragraphs.

Beyond that, sounds like you need a ZX14R or a 'Busa....

Pull that stock clutch and install a bandit sportsman clutch, it will hold!
