It's the same as the Street Glides. The regular has the mat black finish, the Special has the gloss black finish.

I am really jealous but I want a Ultra package not necessarily a CVO just a Ultra. How's the ride compared to the older Roadie fairing and shield?

Nice.... Actually waiting for local dealer to prep one as we speak so as I can test ride.
Could be the fastest I have ever traded up...

Saw one yesterday, they look better in person. MOCO did a good job on the looks of the redesign. With all the air vents, it should ride more a lot better without all the buffet. I can't wait to read a review.

My buddy just picked up road glide special in denim black with read stripe and inner fairing matched. It was not gloss black.

Just curious to see a new bike....that's a nice one.

My local dealer has 4 new ones (not all RG's) on the floor and they are all covered by a tarp.

Is that normal for some dealers?

Seems kind of odd....this is a large dealer and its a long holiday weekend. They have nothing to show new on the floor.

I want to see a RG in person dang it!

Saw a new RG Special in person today. Extremely nice! So many nice improvements that you can't see in the pictures.
The bars were perfect.
