4 years on mine, still cranking. I rotate a battery tender around between my stuff, all garaged. I guess I am good to my batteries - just replaced my mower battery after 7 years - believe it or not!

My 08 Ultra and the Wife's FXDSE2 are on the original batteries. Heck my 99 John Deere lawn tractor is still on it's original. It did start having problem this season and has had to be put on the charger a couple of times. It's probably just mad cause it's only the back-up / trim or bush hogging mower now. ;-)

Just a heads up, if you need a battery, Battery Mart is offering 10% off until Monday. Use coupon code LABORDAY .

I had the original battery in my 2008 EGC when I traded it for a new SGS this July. So, I gotr 6 years out of it. I used a battery tender during the winter when I didn't want to ride because of the snow and ice.

2 1/2 years in my 2012 Ultra. Just replaced the battery yesterday. My wife's 06 Ultra's battery lasted 6 years before we changed it. We use tenders in the winter for storage. I remember reading somewhere that motorcycle batteries last about 2 to 3 years on average. Don't know if that's true but it was for my Ultra.
