Default Feeling cramped

Hey guys just bought a 2004 electra, moved up from my fxdl which I still have...feeling really cramped on the electra. I need to move back and down..can anybody recommend a seat..will a street glide seat fit the electra glide...handlebar recommendation?.

Change ur bars as well.. Single best thing I've ever done to any of my bikes.. It will change ur riding position

One other thing to do, as strange as it sounds, is get one of the kits that move your foot boards out away from the frame, and they make a huge difference in comfort.

It's your bike to custom fit as you want, but in what way are you feeling 'cramped'? Explain that to us and we can give you more helpful advice. The best thing I did on mine, for example, was simply to adjust my bars, to bring them closer, which greatly improved riding comfort.

These guys,http://www.ccseats.com/home.html will do exactly what you want.
That is their standard 3/4-1 inch back and down as well.
Highly Recommended.

Get a Road Glide!


I would look at C&C saddles, and new bars. However the seat and bars are cheap, it the install on the bars that gets expensive.
