FYI: I have 2012 Road Glide CVO and when I had an amp and speakers installed it was a nightmare as the shop did not know the CVO had entirely different electrical issues involved with the stereo.
In the end, it worked out great, but that learning curve (for me and them) was BRUTAL.
So, yes, the CVO's are different inside too, and you need to know this when considering upgrades. Not all prices, parts, and anecdotes crossover to the CVO.

Well, Ive learned the hard way. I’ll just be glad to get my bike back so I can ride again
oh and it took a month for the first parts to come in from HD, now the needed parts haven’t shipped yet after them having my bike over a week. I wish I hadn’t taken it to Bayside.

It sounds like they are dragging their feet due to a lack of knowledge. Call them every morning at exactly 10 minutes after they open and ask if your bike will be finished on that day. You'll be surprised how fast they will figure it all out.
Bayside called today, my bike is finished $2200 later. Ill be picking it up tomorrow. They gave me a $100 gift certificate for my trouble, since I called and complained. Oh yea, they then increased the price $200 over their last rough estimate of $2000. Never again will I go there
