Default CB SWR Meter Question

Question for you radio guys
.

I'm going to buy an SWR Meter to tune my CB antenna.

Off these two, which is the one I want?

http://www.meterexpert.com/e/SWT_meter_05.htm

Is one for CB and one for HAM? They test different frequencies, I'm confused?

Thanks

I have a 2014 FLHTK SE. I was planning to change my coax from the radio all the way to the antenna. I purchased 18 feet of 97% shielded coax. My question for someone that tried this is it possible to cut the stock coax at one end and attach the new coax to it and pull it through or is it fastened to tight to try this. I feel the new coax properly installed should eliminate some of the noise and will make using the swr meter a little easier. Thanks Ben

Ben,

I would just pull the tank to get at the wire loom channel, not that hard on a 2014.

Lots of the wires in the loom are zip tied together.

Yea I guess you are right, was trying to be lazy and not remove the tank lol. I may just leave the old coax and just run the new one right along beside it. Thanks

You will need an adapter to connect the meter to the antenna port of the radio module. But I'm sure you realize that.

We'll I saw a picture of the cb radio and it looked like a standard PL259 radio connector. If it is not I would be wasting a lot of time until I get the right connector. My plan is to eliminate the connector under the seat with 2 PL259s and a double female connector.
