I don't see hardly any RK's with retro colored lights so I went for the change and I am liking it. Don't really need the brights at night with these shields as they light up very well plus I always have my driving lights on day and night.

Gotta be seen coming and going for my safety right!
Actually between the painted and the Baileys. I have to lean toward the Baileys at it offers protection as well from rocks and other things. Not a bad price.
Are they easily applied? Do they feel secure to you? they are not gonna fall/fly off?

Just curious in case I'd ever have to go that route on a future scoot.

They are made of Cee Baily Aircraft Plastic I believe. Sorry i don't know for sure but I will check for ya

Nice scoot by the way

Yes they are very easily applied BUT-they are applied with clear velkro tabs which I am not crazy about. Enlarge pics and you can see them-3 per light.

Yes they are very secure and won't fly off. Did a 480 mile ride yesterday on highway and backroads and still there.

They clean up very easy as I had bug splatter everywhere-(night riding) and they cleaned up with windex and no effort.

Did not notice the tabs till you mentioned it. Looks fine. I'm gonna have to try them for sure. Thanks for the heads up and your experience with the quality and performance of this product.

I recently went with Baily in yellow and they look beautiful, yeah you can see the round locking points which is basically two sided Velcro but I don't care you have to look very closely. I went with four points per instructions but I think three would work fine.
