I be loving my RK more now than when I got it. Just wondering... If you could do over, would you do anything different? We all figure we could have pushed for that extra feature or something..... They could have thrown in a security system I asked for..... But would you still go for the same kind of bike?

I like the look of my red side bags, but the black of the classic may have been easier. Mine stay dirty. Dust from my road. I wash and the backs are covered soon as i get out to the hi way. My kid also stepped on one. Other than that... i'm good.

 

Only thing I might have changed would be to have done the full stage 1 at delivery, but I am getting that done within the next week.


No doubt I would still have bought the RK

 

Instead of buying my Limited, I would have bought a Street Glide and added the tour pack and lowers.

 

I'm still on a honeymoon.

 

I'd have bought my Tour Pak on day 1 instead of two years later.

Only thing I would have done differently is get something other than Vivid Black....too hard to keep clean. I may see if I can get a deal on a 2014 Ultra...

 

I should have kept my 06 Yamaha Stratoliner instead of buying 3 Harleys in 4 years and then going back to a Yamaha Stratoliner this year.

 

Might have joined the bagger crowd earlier. I stayed frozen in 1975 for 39 years before taking the plunge on my Ultra Classic. Still like to putt the old shovel from time to time, but really digging the road now, "feels like the first time"
