Default Decel poping

I have a 2007 road king that I just got a few months ago. I ran stock pipes for a while. then added some mufflers from a 2013 then just changed to after market American classic motor mufflers. I notice that the bike has always had a decal popping on decel even with the stock mufflers. its just louder with less baffels. my question is the only option to get fuel management programmer?

It needed a tuner 8 years ago.

So yes, you need a tuner.

Yes, be sure to check. On my new to me bike one of the slip ons was loose, tightening made a big difference. Since you've been changing them you might want to check other exhaust joints as well as checking where they connect to the motor and getting new exhaust crush gaskets may help.
