Default DBI Chrome 33" Fishtail Mufflers for Harley Touring

So i have read plenty and a little skeptical about no baffles as i am not sure if the FI can handle it ?? any thoughts

Also same company makes these with non removable baffles.. Anyone used them ?

Both are 33" from BK Rider

The baffled pipes you mention would work just fine, but will never sound like straight fishys. If you want a cheap set of baffles to put in the ebay straight pipe fishtails, these would work just fine.

Fishtails are definitely "old school". On the right bike they can look good. If you are running fishtails then you almost have to have a pair of "whips" on the handlebar tips too. When I think of fishtail exhausts I immediately think of the old pastel blue bikes of the 50's which came with "gankster walls" and "whips".

The baffles will be installed at the open end so that you can drill a hole and hold the screw in place from the open end.
You can find baffles anywhere online....I used the 4" and 8" versions of those listed but went with the fiberglass wrapped ones....again.....search online......might take some experiments to get the sound you want.......all are different......good luck!

Sorry haven't been on in a few days...

I run mine wide open, I have on both bikes that I have had them on. You will need to tune with them unbaffled.

Hmm i was hoping the fuel injection would b able to compensate for this..

Guess i will slam 4 inch baffles in to avoid tinkering
