F/S HARMON KARDON Stereo P/N 76160-06
SOLD SOLD SOLD!!!!!
Here's a used Harmon/Kardon Factory Harley Davidson AM/FM/CD/WB/AUX stereo out of my 2008 StreetGlide. It works flawlessly, no issues at all. The display is in perfect condition with no scratches on the screen. From what I understand, this fits all touring bikes with factory fairings(fixed or batwing) from 2006 thru 2010. It was removed from the bike after it's first week. I am only going to have this listed on here till the end of the weekend, then it will be going on Ebay if it's still available. I took my own fairing off today to show you that this radio functions as designed. Price is set at $500 shipped and insured CONUS. We all know that this radio new is MSRP'd at $999 UNPROGRAMMED/UNCALIBRATED from the dealership! I guess it's another hour's labor to program it at your local dealer. THIS RADIO IS PROGRAMMED/CALIBRATED, just want to clear that up. Any questions? Feel free to contact me.
Thanks for looking,
Tim

It means it works on a 2 speaker system which is what a Streetglide has on it from the factory.
If you buy a radio from the dealer new, they require programming to work on a particular bike whether it's a 2 or 4 speaker setup.

The OP uses the term "Programmed." The HD terminology is "calibrated." It's done to brand new units to "tell" the head unit what country/region the radio is in. Without calibration, a new head unit will beep every couple of seconds continuously until calibrated.
The OP was demonstrating that the buyer of this head unit can put it in his bike and it will function without the continuous beep.
The head unit is normally set-up for two speaker operation. In order for the Fader function to work in a four speaker installation, the head unit must be connected to HD's Digital Technician and the "fader" function turned "on" via software.
Nice opportunity to get a relatively new HK unit.
