Default FS: Headquarters Howlin Jack cams - HQ-TC-575-HC

I have a set of these cams for sale. They have about 8,000 miles on them. Nothing wrong with them. I swapped them out as an experiment and will not be putting them back in. These cams made 112/122 in my HQ 103ST kit.

These work on all '07 up Twin Cams ('06 up Dyna).

Sell new for $280. I'll take $150 shipped to the cont US. They are boxed up and ready to go.

Description on the Pro Twin Performance site are:
Manufacturer: Head Quarters
Manufacturer Part No: HQ-TC-575-HC
Uses stock hydraulic chain tensioner system. Use with compression ratios up to 10.5:1. Great throttle response. Very strong mid-range. This is the cam we use with our Touring and Sport Touring builds

Intake 20/40 240 .575" lift
Exhaust 52/24 256 .530" lift

Thanks,
Zach

Zach,

I am interested in the difference you found between the two cams. I am considering a cam change and these two, the TR-590 & the HQ-575 are two that I am considering as well as the TR-555. Since you have run both cams on the same bike with I assume no other changes you probably have more insight into how they perform compared to each other than most people do. Can you tell me where each of them crossed the 100 ft/lb line, at what RPM they peaked on torque, and where the torque ended up at peak RPM's. I read your post where you posted the numbers from each run, so I would think that the TR-590 had more torque at the end and maybe a flatter torque curve. It would really help if you could post the dyno charts. When I see this info I will know if I am interested in buying your cam.

Thanks,
Mark

Default Ready to Buy

Zach,

Ran across a dyno sheet of yours for these cams on another thread. Looked good. I'll give you $125 for them. I have PayPal.
