I bought this PBR300X4 planning to add lowers with speaker pods. Changed my mind and went with PBR300X2 and just the two fairing speakers.
I did open the box, but the amp is still wrapped in the factory shrink wrap.

Polk db691 6X9 speakers. These were used with my Sony head unit and never run with an amp. They sound great, I just decided to go with MM691's when I added the amp. Used for about 1,500 miles of riding.

a lil off topic but how do you like the polk speakers? i was planning on mm651 and mm691

 

I like the MM691 Polks. They sound great, especially with the amp, and I get a lot of compliments on them.

The db691's just running off the Sony head unit sounded good to.

I have always liked Polk speakers. I have had very good luck with them in the past.

 

times two on the polks, FWIW i've got a set in my truck and they sound awesome
