I've shipped a few things to Canada using the USPS. Cheapest way to ship with using the USPS, is to use their flat rate boxes. Prices for their flat rate boxes to Canada are:
Large box flat rate- $55.75
Medium box flat rate- $42.25
They should fit in a medium box. If you open an account with the USPS, you can save a few bucks on shipping, if you pay for shipping online. Another thing you'll have to fill out a customs form.

Being that it's sold already, I'll hijack the thread. I have a set coming off my 2011 street glide and am replacing it with pegs. If anyone is interested in these passenger floor boards let me know. (I'll post a thread as soon as I get them off)

All those who PMd me regarding the floor boards. I won't be selling them cause I can't get them off lol. One of the screws is stripped and won't come out. So they stay on. Sorry folks.
