Funny you should mention that. Every time someone makes a comment (because I grown when getting up or moving wrong) about me not being old enough to make those noises, or say I'm too young to be on a trike..... I always say, "You're right, I'm not old. I'm high mileage."

I definitely understand high mileage.
9 knee operations
2 achillies tendon operations
2 hernia operations
Football was not good to me. I played linebacker and loved to hit people, just didn't realize what it was doing to my body
left rotator cuff operation
left elbow operation
bulging disc in lower back
These happened while in the Navy for 20 years ...
Not complaining, it's been a wild ride, just got to the point where I NOW understand my limits.
