Yea maybe a little living on the edge there ... but what the heck ... life is short ...

The little doughnuts you did at the beginning where very similar to the ones I did in the cup de sac ... no rear traction to speak of ... little fun in an otherwise boring day. I didn't have the guts to take it out into traffic .. your lucky in that there isn't any traffic to speak of there ... we don' t get much .. but way more than you had on that ride. I don't worry about me so much ... it's the crazy cagers that scare me.

Looks like fun, but I've got to ask- What's up with the stock air cleaner?

I've had a few PM's and emails questioning the traction And my sanity.

I was prepared to ride at 5-10 mph. But it was amazingly sure-footed. I would gas it to try and break it loose. I tested the front and rear brakes (multiple times) to see what point it would break traction. There was no ice under the slush and snow, and it was not a lot different, traction wise, than riding in the rain.

The first part of the vid, where I broke it loose in the parking lot...that is dirt below the snow and breaks loose like that, even if there is no snow.

Yes, deer and other critters are always a concern.

Yes, traffic sucks. I would not even have ventured out in the white stuff if I had to travel with a bunch of traffic.

I've ridden thru some really heavy downpours with the Power Vision. Sometimes I will cover it with a plastic bag, but other times a light rain has turned into a downpour before I could stop and cover it up. Never had a problem. I do keep a nice coating of dielectric grease on the connectors.

Stock air cleaner AND Stock mufflers, with the Fuel Moto 2-1-2 headers.

I pulled the prototype slip-ons off for some testing on another bike, and I put the stock mufflers a couple of weeks ago.

That same day I pulled a prototype A/C off, so decided to put the stock A/C on, along with the stock muffs, just to see what it was like. (it's a bit of a dog, relatively speaking)

The prototype slip-ons are about done being tested, so they will be back on the TG shortly...will get my tried and true 587 A/C back on there at the same time.

Lived in Riverside for about 20 years. Elsinore was a weekly trip with the boat for water skiing. My younger brother used to live on Corydon road on the opposite side of the lake from where your pic was taken.
