The best ride for me (1-up) is around 21 lbs, with both of us (2-up) it is around 25 lbs.
These are the exact pressures I run in mine as well. Not surprising since we are talking basically the same weight.

I'm 200, and my lady is 125.

Cool. I'm running 20 lbs in the rear tires, which also helps the ride. You enjoying adjusting the air with a flick of the switch?

I'm running 22 in the rear tires. And yes, its awesome. I love being able to do slight adjustments to the air shocks while running down the road.

For whatever it is worth, Wife at 130# rides her '14 Tri-Glide with 35psi in the rear shocks, stock suspension.
Me at 225# on a '15 Freewheeler also ride with 35psi in the shocks. Air in the rear shocks are primarily to keep you from bottoming out, I don't think it affects the ride at all. Personally we can't tell the difference in ride with air at 20 or 50 lbs in the shocks. We don't ride 2 up very often.

You read my mind, when I had my 2010 I never could tell the difference between 35 and 25 psi. Even on my 2 wheel 06 Ultra I run the same pressure whether I have one person or 2 riding, just never felt much difference playing the shock pressure game.

Screwball had the same experience I have had ... I add air only to prevent bottoming ... it's why I would like to go to an airless shock ... set and forget.

You guys must have good backs. I can easily tell a difference in 2 psi of air in the shocks. I also have 5 bulging discs in my lower back though.
