Default From Tri-Glide to Freewheeler

After 60,000 miles on the 2009 Tri Glide I decided to change things up a bit. Really missed the days on my Heritage. So on Christmas Eve I signed on the dotted line and bought an FLRT. Took it to FL for bike week. Allot of great changes such as the forks and breaks.

Anyway, here is my FLRT. There are others like her, but this one is mine!

that's a nice looking freewheeler. I thought the stock FW are a bit plain. You added some nice touches.

Welcome to the "Used to ride a Tri, now I'm FREE" club. The 09 Tri was fun, went a lot of places, saw a lot of the country the correct way. The Free is SOOoooo much more fun and easier to ride.

Great looking trike! I am curious about the fairing lowers. Do they stop the blat of air that comes up the side of the tank?

I gotta say ... the more I look at the bobber fenders on the free ... the more I like them ... gonna have to check into putting some on the Fat Bottom Girl ... got a buddy that paints ... so that's not a concern ... the lights should work ... the plates not an issue ... might just be a good thing ... maybe get a buddy of mine to do it on photo shop first ... just to get a feel for the look.

Are the rear tire sizes the same on the free and tri? Free's look smaller, but might just be the fender and wheels making them look so.
