Nice, but a bit disconcerting in the first really gusty wind I hit. It was before I'd gotten over that initial steering over-correction thing everyone feels at first. It obviously didn't lean into the wind, but neither did I. I felt like I was getting pushed off the other side of the seat. Easy to learn and compensate for, though.

Yesterday we had gusts of 30 - 40 mph. We were riding with some two wheel friends. There is a nice place we like to go up on the ridge top, but none of the two wheel people wanted to go because it was too windy. I sympathized and said I remembered what it was like, however that was the plan, and since I was leading we were going for our burger. I added one following comment; "now act like the tough bikers you claim to be and follow the old man on the trike" I knew they could not back down after a comment like that. We all got to the establishment and had a good burger.

I have to say, looking in the rearview mirrors and seeing them all leaned into the wind, I was soooo glad I was not them. Especially with gusts that were whipping them from different direction each curve.
