Default Glad I had trike

I was going for a short ride today. Thunder storms in area and I was dodging black clouds to get back home. I came around sweeping corner and huge helmet lifting gust of wind hit me. I just wonder if I was on two wheels if I would have been blown off rode....I really think I would. Another why I like my trike reason!

I've been hit with wind gusts of 50+ on my road king. Just made me lean into it. My bike has never shifted more than a few inches. I enjoy wind on two wheels.

Just stay off the Z bridge in that weather. I've had a shift of a couple inches on it in real high wind gusts.

Same here, I've been hammered by some pretty big winds while on 2 wheels and not a problem. The only difference between the trike and 2 wheels is you don't have to lean into it, you have to steer into it instead.

same here in my area, but it's the sunshine skyway bridge it cross's Tampa bay, and when the wind blows it's a bitch.
