On my 14, he told me that due to the seat design he could not move me farther back. said he could reshape the seat to be more comfortable.

I have used Mean City in the past and they did nice work.

After sending the first two seats to them I realized that it is fairly simple to do it myself.

Pull the seat cover off, it is held on by staples. Take the waterproof barrier (looks like heavy duty saran wrap) off that sits between the seat cover and the seat foam.

Use a knife or a disk sander to shape the seat foam to fit Your posterior.

Replace the waterproof barrier. Staple the vinyl cover back on.

You're done.

If you have an electric stapler, it probably won't take a lot more time that it would to pack it up and take it to the Post Office to ship off.

I've re-shaped at least a half dozen seats this way.

The other offers Mean City does is install two different layers of memory foam along with using a cellular silicone that sits under the foam. Giving a firm but flexible support for the memory foam.
Not just trimming the foam to shape, Also they will do special covers with leather or plastic, & repairs on your cover if needed.
Most things are options, but you can pick & choose.
If just a little taken off in a few places is all you need, you might do fine doing it yourself, but if you desire more, I would go with the experts ! Custom designed & still less than a new HD seat.

Yes, if you want to add foam in places, then it gets a tad trickier...but the foam can be had, and shaped also. It easily affixes to the existing foam with spray adhesive.

OP just wanted to move back some.
