Default front brake

15 tri and after my bike sits overnight the front brake lever goes all the way tp the bars. done this since new. anyone else ever have this ? i'm thinking it just needs the front brake bleed alitte. the rear pedel does not do this, so i'm thinking just break the bleeders loose for the front. maybe it's suppose to be this way with the linked brakes ? never had a bike with it before. i grew up on bikes that didn't even have front brakes. gotta get a handle on this new crap.

Probably needs bleeding but you could have a faulty (front) master cylinder or perhaps a caliper.

Brakes are serious business.

Get your trike to the dealer a.s.a.p.

Yeah, I agree. Brakes are too important. Your bike should still be under warranty. Let a competent dealer check it out.

As 2AMGuy said, it should get better with being bled.

You have air in the lines. Get yourself a good vacuum pump and bleed those front brake lines. I would also suggest using a helper to make sure to keep the reservior full when bleeding.]

Also a safe method for adding brake fluid is to use a plastic bag wrapped around the front reservior, to prevent any spills.

Hope this help.

i have a vacuum bleeder that i made many years ago. just break the bleeder loose and turn it on, it will slowly pull fluid though the system. going to give it a go in alittle while.can't believe harely or the dealer would let something like this get by.
