Careful! Those little add ons start adding up. And my wife thought it was expensive when I had my Jeeps. Boy was she ever wrong.

Default Hmmm.

I am one that likes different things for decent prices. However, I am retired from 35 years in Law Enforcement. I made it a point to never have anything on my vehicles that indicated I was a LEO. It was certainly not that I wasn't proud to be a LEO, but I had seen damage to vehicles of fellow LEO's scratched and otherwise vandalized. Most of this was because of stickers, windshield decals or motor vehicle tags that indicated the vehicle might be owned by a LEO. Just something to think about. It does look nice and comes on the "Police" bikes from Hd.

Yeah, it's a shame one can't do that anymore, no FOP tags on vehicles, I don't even put Blue Knights decals and such on my bikes anymore....but the police insert on the air breather is a stock HD part, so I believe I'll be ok.

Thanks for your service brother, I did 38 total years as a LEO also....retired and loving it

34 years total here, 12 with city law enforcement and the rest with state. I understand what so60 is saying, and I don't disagree with it.

However, in the last couple of years I have watched how the public has at times turned its back on law enforcement in general. Friends still on the job have it much harder now and feel they don't have even the small amount of support that many of us enjoyed during our careers.

I am back to proudly displaying my FOP decals on my vehicles and will certainly order HD part#61300144

I don't know about anybody else guys, but you shouldn't let this crap on the news get you down at all. I believe that the jerks that never supported law enforcement were always there, and are a small minority of the public; but they sure are getting brazen and more vocal given the environment and all the social media opportunity these days. In my experience by and large they're usually pretty much jerks anyway. There's one heck of a lot of us people out there that still support you guys 100% and appreciate your dedication and service.

I retired 2 years ago and never had anything on my truck police related. I waited until I retired to put a union sticker on the back. I was more worried about someone messing with my truck at work but not so much now. With all the news lately, I want to show my support even more now. I like the air cleaner insert. I may look at one for my bike. I was also thinking of a Thin Blue Line sticker but may get the insert instead.
