Default Rear Bumper with hitch?

Been looking at putting a chrome rear bumper on my TG. I like the looks of them plus the added protection against bumping into something when backing up. Even though I didn't think I would ever be pulling a trailer, I may want to use the TG to maneuver my Aluma Trike trailer into my back yard. Aluma weighs about 400 pounds.

Is there a rear bumper out there that comes with a ball mount? Or, is there a bolt on type of ball mount that could be used? Am I dreaming, will I just have to buy a bumper plus a regular TG hitch assembly?

Well I guess you could weld a mount for the ball, but it would ugly.

I'm guessing you will need both,

Not sure of who makes it but my dealer installed a removable hitch on my '16 TriGlide with the Harley rear bumper. I was concerned the rear door would hit the ball. No problem. Works and looks great.

By removable, are you talking about the receiver?

Been thinking about a trailer hitch also, I installed the bumper on my 2012 trike. While under there I saw four holes where the trailer hitch would attach. It is a receiver type hitch and they are sold on e-bay for various prices.
Here is a link of the one that will fit on my trike.

Hope this link works. Make sure it will fit on your trike, take a look under there and see what attachment points you have. Give a search on e-bay or JP or one of the other suppliers for your specific model.
And yes it will fit with the stock Harley Bumper that I have on my Trike.
Ride safe.

I installed the Rivco Hitch and Harley chrome bumper on my '12 TriGlide and moved them over to my '14.

There is no problem with clearance with this setup.

Gunny, re check the dudes listing. If you scroll down through the whole thing, he states very clearly that it is for 2011 and earlier only due to frame change.

Yep, Mikey, saw that, mine is a 2012 and it still has the same four holes for this type hitch. Also in my post I cautioned that you should make sure it will fit your specific model. Just offered that as a picture of what is available, and where to search for the one for your trike.
Thanks
Ride safe and God Bless.
