Default Leak-free rain suit?

Does anyone know of motorcycle rain pants or suit that truly and really DOES NOT leak at the crotch area? And you know this by experience?

Default Joe Rocket?

At least that is what I think the name is but.... that was the last time who knows next time. I think all rain suits are a crap shoot by nature. I liked it last time I used it no leaks if the next time it leaks will never be used again I will need to replace it. stay dry fearless!

I bought a Harley rain suit in 08. Lasted about 5 years and no leaks. Then one day it started. I have read many posts that said the newer ones do not do as well. Like you said, I used my presebt rain suit once and it was dry; used it the 2nd time and wet crotch. Go figure.

I should just buy some Depends!

I have the high vis orange HD suit that went 10 years of riding before it ever leaked. Just replaced it with a new set. Keep the old for winter riding as a wind breaker and save wear and tear on the new set.

This is a picture from 09 in the Canadian Rockies along the AlCan. You can see the rain developing in the direction that we were headed. We had 9 days of rain on the 9,000 mile 14 day trip. The suit was new in Sept. 06 and Just replaced this year. It had a lot of use each winter and many times per year on my 30 to 40K miles each year.

I have no reason to even try another brand.

My HD High-vis orange suit hasn't leaked yet, and my wife's high-vis pink suit hasn't either (knock on wood).

I've had several HD rain suits and never had a problem with them leaking. I didn't put the hood up one time and it leaked down my back, Live and learn.

I just picked up a River Road Tempest 2 piece rain suit for $40 on sale during Black Friday. Material and construction seems pretty sturdy. Plan on taking a few trips next year so if I can get a couple seasons out of it then money well spent.
