Default forks won't lock

I have just purchased a 15 TG. the ignition switch works fine but the forks still move. also cranky going in neutral but understand that should improve with age. just have 75 miles.

Try locking the ignition and then turn the forks, they should lock...do this at the dealership just in case they won't unlock....should still be under warranty

Are you turning the ignition switch...All the way to the left, and then locking it with the barrel key..??

Ok, is this your first bagger with the ignition lock?
Turn your forks completely to the left, turn the ignition lock to the left to locked position, insert the key and push down, turn to lock.
The ignition stitch and forks should be locked.

Be careful the lock mechanism does not pop out on you. If you stumble on the lock removal process.

FYI, you can lock the ignition without locking the forks, the ignition must be turned to the left for the forks to lock
