Default What is the white pc type connector for?

2017 Freewheeler, white 'pc' type 4 pin connector in front of the gas tank, what is supposed to be for? I am using it for power to a cigaretter lighter type accessory panel. Since I had some mates for the plug. But what is its original use for?

Default Try This

I don't know if it is OK to post a link to a post on another forum. However, if it is, try this link. It is from 12/2015 and is post #3 in the thread. Says it is a molex originally for Aux Passing Lights. It has a very good picture also.

If this link is a NO NO, a Mod can delete it.

This maybe and I am one of the many others that do not trespass on that competitive site anymore.

It is against the rules to post competitive site on HDF.

Thanks

Default Excuse Me!

MR WIZARD, you are the mod and maybe even the owner. If it is against forum rules you did the right thing. It has been up for 19 days, I guess it took you awhile to notice it. As far as the other forum goes, maybe you know something about it I don't know. However I believe I will check the other forum, as I do from time to time, and post when I see fit. Have a nice day.
