I only have approximately 450 miles on the new TG but it sure seams like the fans come on more than in previous years. I'm not overly concerned, I guess they're working as should but just wondering if others with the new 107 have noticed this.
I'll bring it to the attention of service when I have my 1000 mile service done but I'm sure they'll say " they all do that" or " that's normal" yadda yadda.....

For me comparing the 17 TG to the 15 Ultra Limited I had they come on just about the same. Maybe as the weather gets warmer that may change. What I did notice is that these fans sound a little bit louder for some reason. But not enough of a difference for me to be concerned about it.

Did you get the lower fan located behind the engine? It blows down below the frame.
Just a thought, I don't have a '17 but thinking that fan might be on a thermostat also.

No, but I'm thinking about it...makes sense to suck the heat away and blow it down towards the ground. I read a little on it, has two options, switch on or thermostat operation.

I'm curious about that fan also PN 26800121. I will wait and see how the heat is in the summer before deciding if I should get one.

I asked that question on my 17 at the 1k service. They tested the fan operation and they were perfectly within factory parameters. The tech did say that he had noticed the 17 fans did run more as well but that is how they are set up.
