Default Road Chips on TG

Here is a couple pictures of my lower back body panel. This is from driving over dirt roads and debris. "NOW" HD needs to come up with a protective edge for this area. This area is the bottom portion between the left & right mufflers.

I have a couple spots like that on mine. Last year I was caught on some fresh tar & stones they had just put down on a road in PA, I was not a happy camper.

I have some 3M film that I might put on mine to see if it will protect that area.

M3 had the HD plastic film put on his and I had the 3M put on mine. In 2009 HD didn't offer the film. I sure like it on the front of my fenders.

I know you want to keep your rides looking good but rock chips can only mean one thing,
"It is being ridden". Keep the dirty sides down but ride the crap out of the top side. Life is too short to have a bike/trike sit in garage and just to look good.
