I don't know if everyone knows this or not, so I apologize if this is repetitious.
There is a new software release for the 2014 infotainment system dated Jan 15/2014. Version 1.17.4
Seems to address a lot of the problems members have listed.

 

Lots of info and stuff here. Good.... Bad.... and sometimes one just gives up reading and goes for a ride.
