fozworth, I have nearly 37,000. miles on my 2014 tri glide and am liking it better each day. the infotainment system can be a bit intimidating, but you will work through it, as to the GPS, wish they would have spend the money and went with Garmin. This one is not what I would call user friendly. it does work ok and ive used it quite a bit on out of town trips.

Default Gas Millage on 2016 Tri-Glide

I'm considering a new Tri-Glide. I'm familiar with the NAV and Rushmore changes and am comfortable with them. Haven't had a chance to ride the Tri-Glide yet. Do they have enough power to go two-up over the Sierras and Rockies? What kind of gas millage do they get?

They should more than be able to do that, the worse that could happen in you down shift a little here and there. The gas mileage averages in the mid 30's and sometimes lower.

My last tank full I got 32 mpg. Plenty of power. Once you get used to how you want to use 6th gear it's all good.

Default Hello

I'm a long time member on this forum. I used to be very active in the Sportster section. I haven't been on here much for several years. Last year I developed neurapathy, and had to trade my '15 Ultra Limited for a Tri-Glide. This is a new world for me. I will most likely be a lurker a good while. Reading and learning.

Oh yeah. Looks like I need to update the signature pic and other things on there.

Drove over both with the wife on our '14, fully loaded. The power did drop off a bit above 7,500 feet, but not significantly. My phone app says 33.36 mpg average over the 14 thousand miles we've ridden it.

Funny, fuel milage is one thing I've never concerned myself with. I simply make it a point to refuel once the gauge drops below half and before it reaches the quarter point.

i've never worried about fuel milage in all the years of riding, but the tri-glide was an eye opner. it is was it is, i just keep putting gas in it.

Default gas millage

I was just plannig some long distance rides. Having to fill up at 150 miles instead of 175-200 makes a surprisingly big difference in planning routes.
