Default Bedliner spray on TG fenders

Have any of you considered using Herculiner bedliner products or similar coverings such as Linex on your TG rear fenders to protect from chips. I have a 2011 Vivid Black TG and think it would look great. I have seen Goldwing trikes use it on the floorboards and they look great. I know there are clear plastic coverings...had that on my goldwing trike. What are you thoughts?

With a black trike it probably wouldn't look too bad. Mine being red the 3M Clear was the way I went.

I had a Black Ultra before with the voyager kit on it. I use a can of bedliner, I bought at autozone. Looked good an did the trick.

I don't like the look of it. To hide a crack or bad damage to a fender maybe. I like shine in the paint. If the finish gets messed up then I'll repaint the part.

Default fender bra

What do you guys think about the Harley fender bras ? ? ? I have already picked up a few nice rock chips, actually when rocks hit the fenders the paint comes off in chunks.

I've used tank bras in the past and they wore the paint more than my jeans did. I have the same feeling with the fender bras. Once they are on, you can never take them off

At spring thunder beach we saw a SG that was complelty painted with bed liner and it looked real sharp with just a little bit of chrome accents.
