Trailer Hitch?

Trailer Hitch?
Found a gem of a "tag-along" trailer Friday locally. Leaving for San Jose, CA on 7/3!!
Since the TG sits low in the back, what trailer hitches are you using to pull a trailer? Someone suggested HitchDoc. One I saw last month is hidden underneath...wouldn't the receiver have to elevated to clear the trailer tongue from hitting the pavement?
I'm having my local (HD certified) indy shop ordering the hitch...is the wiring harness included? Probably will void my HD extended warranty....fine, send me prorated $$ if you give me any $hit.
Have 13 days to get the hitch set up and on the road!

I have a hitch doc on mine. The receiver tucks in from the bottom. Had to get the harness separate. Sturgis last year is when mine was done, think $250-300 installed with the wiring harness. Probably helped that we ended up with a trailer too
With the shock lifts, no more dragging the hitch

I have a Rivco on mine, have yet to drag it as it sits above the bottoms of my mufflers which will drag first. I have learned not all hitches will work with all trailers. The cartridge Rivco includes with the hitch is way to high for my Aluma trailer. I had to buy the lower cartridge to get a lower ball heigh.

I raised the backend of mine and now the hitch ever clears curbs when I back in to them. Mine is a Krude Kustoms Hitch which I paid a $135 for.

I have the MC Hitch
http://www.mchitch.com/Harley_Tri-Gl...umper-2009.htm
Least expensive I could find, installs in minutes, easy, four bolts.
I did replace the security Torx screws with grade 8 bolts for ease of installation and removal if needed.
Wiring harness is plug and play, I'll search that and post a link.
