torque specs for Tree's

Default torque specs for Tree's

Can anyone give me the torque specs for the two bolts that clamp the fork tubes in the trees one a Tri Glide? Thanks

If you are refering to the pinch bolts it is 53-57 ftlbs.
You have probably heard it befor but if you are going to do your own wrenching you really should buy the service manual.

Thanks! I have a street glide and putting a set of Tri Glide tree's on so I can run a larger front wheel. I do have the service manual for the street Glide

The TG trees have more rake than the SG, you may have instability/low speed wobble with or without the damper.

The have a few guy that are using them on there SG with a 23" wheel and they say it rides good. I guess we will see Im looking farward to trying it out. Thanks for the heads up

Just as an afterthought im not sure if the extra rake is in the trees or the neck of the TG. Good luck on your mod.
