Some more information.
An update on fitment of any lift bracket setup with V & H pipes.
I just had a customer call and state the brackets would not fit. He had removed both stock brackets and found the rear-end did not "fall" any and new lift brackets were about one inch from matching up the mounting holes.
My first question was "what pipes do you have?" V & H! Go figure.
Well several phone conversations and several hours later they are on. I ask if and where is rear end hitting pipes? On his it was left side and very little clearance on right side. My thoughts were with the "Z" pipes. What he did was loosen all clamps on both "Z" pipe to allow them to swivel around header pipe. Found the rear dropped to allow him to install lift brackets and adjust "Z" pipe to give some clearance with lifts.
All is well.

I'll try loosing up everything then install the brackets. Worst case maybe I just have to trim the header a little bit. I'll let everyone know when I get them installed.

Let me know how it comes out with your situation. I have had several customers contact me that they installed these same pipes after they had the lifts installed with no problems.
It may just be with the adjustability of the Z pipe that how they are adjusted is what makes the difference.

Sure, I have them on my 2012. I got them from HD. I'm not too crazy about them, they were a biotch to put on and I don't like the little white wax line that shows up all around them no matter how much you try to wipe it off.

Default I'm joining the Tri Glide club!

Hi friends. Just joining this forum. My 2013 Tri Glide 110 Anniv edition has just arrived at dealership today. I'm picking it up tomorrow. Love reading this board and looking for tips and advice!

My previous and still current bike is a 2002 Road King Classic....I'm hoping I can pick some chrome parts off of it to use on this TG! ; )
