Default First long ride on my new Tri Glide

The wife & I did a 232 mile lap around central & western Virginia. Rode up I64 to Afton, VA then took the Blue Ridge Parkway south. There were an amazing amount of bikers cruising the parkway this afternoon. Then we picked up Route 60 east for the return leg home. Turned out to be a great ride.

Those Trikes are great after you get used to them. When we got ours it was like learning all over again. Can't get mama on a 2 wheeler for anything now. Have fun!

We rode the parkway week before last. Pulled a Timeout Deluxe camper and enjoyed the trip, staying in the several campgrounds on the path. A lot of bikes, and a few trikes on there. Quite a few of the bikes were the adventure touring bikes trying to push the limits of the roads. The wife and I had a great time there and want to return again. Rode all but the washed out stretch.

I totally agree with you. My wife and I would not go back to two wheels after 3700 mles, including an 800 mile road trip on rough road conditions in Alaska.
