Default Rider floorboard removal

Would like to install rider floorboard extensions. Cannot budge any of the bolts. What's the trick, except for pure muscle which I have very few of.

Thanks

The bracket can be tough to remove. There are two bolts, both of which are allen heads. The bottom bolt has a shoulder on it and allows the bracket to be moved up or down. The other bolt is a large allen head bolt and is a bit difficult to get to because the floorboard kinda gets in the way. I use a flexible socket adapter along with a 6" long extension. If you are having trouble breaking these loose then switch to a 1/2 drive socket wrench with a 1/2" to 3/8" adapter. The 1/2" socket wrench is bigger, has a longer handle which will give you more leverage.

Remember, left loose, right tight.

Probably used a thread lock, like Loktite. Apply some heat, it'll give up.

I tried every thing mentioned except heat and nothing worked. I ended up using my 1/2 inch impact gun and they came right off.
