Does melting the snot out of the charging cable end count? Oops, I forgot to put the cover back on which holds (held?) it to the passenger board mount. Still works OK, though.
I did get on a set of these Heim Joints from the nice folks at DK. They replaced the breakage-prone ball and sockets.
I also installed a new-to-me (used) Road Zeppelin 3-button (thanks Casper!), need to figure out why the compressor pulses occasionally after the reservoir is full, but it's powered from the dash 10 amp relayed switch, so no biggie just to turn it on when needed. No pic yet, but after a 50 mile test ride, it's a big improvement. I might put a waterproof switch up under the mid-frame air deflector so I can put other things on that circuit.
Oh, the arm that moves the shifter rod is starting to get a little play in it; the splines right around the pinch bolt were wearing, but the rest are intact. It's OK for a while, but I'll get it fixed at the dealer next oil change before our Florida trip in October. Check yours.
