Default Truck-Lite Aim after Install

Finally decided to install the truck-lite led's on my 2011 tri-glide. Install seems basic enough . Could anyone who has done this install advise how much of an adjustment, if any at all, in the aim will be neccessay. I cant imagine there would be much adjustment needed. Thanks for any feedback.

Look closely when you go to plug it in. There are two plugs under the seat that look identical. The one that is easiest to get to IS THE WRONG ONE. The correct one is tucked under a bracket.

The OP is talking about an LED headlight.

I installed the truck lite on my 2008 streetglide two years ago and adjustment was minimal. It was a big difference in lighting , well worth the money ! I just adjusted mine like the repair manual said , and it was fine . But like I said it didn't take much ! Ebert

Thanks for the advice. I am putting the truck-lites in this weekend. Was wondering about the aim being drastically off.

best thing to do is go find a long dark street and take your tool with you , park and start adjusting , have mine finally adjusted were I can see prey good but still not thrilled with them , like the dark spot on high beam in front of the bike . even with the spots reprogramed the stay on

Also the Truck lite is thicker and will stick out farther than the stock . A headlight visor will take care of that though ! More money LOL

The difference is AMAZING!!!! Just take a few minutes after dark to adjust to what you want... Well worth the money!
