I have a question regarding doing the update. I have done three updates in the past and have had no problems but I noticed some people are doing something different. In the past after I have downloaded the zipped file to my computer and extracting the file I would copy the .iso file to an empty 8gig thumb drive and then do the update on the trike. Now I noticed there is also a .txt file. I have never copied the .txt file, only the .iso file. Others have said they copy both to the thumb drive. I looked at MOC website and they say copy FILE not FILES. Should I copy both files?

I am also having issues with the update. I could find nothing that says extract the zip file to a flash drive. I copied the zip file to a flash drive and loaded it into the bike. I got the message that no music file was found. I unzipped the file and copied both files to the flash drive and tried the update again. I got the same message. I use WinZip on my computer, and it gives the extracted files a .txt and a .zip extension, instead of an .iso extension. I am going to try to change the extension to .iso and see if that works.
HD has really sparse information on their website on performing this.
Any other ideas?

Step 1: Download file from HD this will be a zipped file
Step 2: Once file is downloaded to your hard drive unzip the folder, this will give you another folder and inside that folder will be two files (.iso and .txt)
Step 3: Copy the .iso and the .txt file at the same time to a empty 8 gig thumb drive.
Step 4: Take this Thumb drive to the trike and do the update.
This is how I have always done my updates. Hope this works

You really only need to copy the .iso file. Make sure you use the uncompressed iso file it will be larger. I have added a screen shot of the unzipped files that you need to copy to your thumb drive. Once again you only need to copy the iso file, notice the file size so you get the correct one.
