Harley replaced my rotors and pads today under warranty. Harley has upgraded the rear brake pads for the trike rears. Hopefully this will take care of the problem. We will see. As far as turning the rotors on the trikes, I don't think they can be turned.

Looks like another person who found a dealer that cares.

I don't really understand how some folks are getting new rotors and pads. I wonder what their dealer is telling the MOCO. When I talked to customer service they told me the rotors were a wear item and not covered under warranty.

The rotors were replaced under warranty because I only had 5,000 miles on the trike when I had a problem start. They found out that the emergency brake had locked up there for had caused the problem, so they replaced the rotors the first time. I started to have brake squeal almost right away and they replaced the pads. the squeal continued and the pads ate up the rotors once again. So they replaced the rotors again under warranty. I had a different tech work on the trike this time and what he had found is that the emergency brake was not adjusted correctly and it made the brake lock up enough to eat up the rotors. So far I have no brake squeal and everything is working. But I will keep my eye on it.
